The Franchise Agreement is a legal agreement between the
franchisor and franchisee and is one of the most important
documents relating to a new TBI Island of Healing™ Franchise.
The TBI recognises that a Franchise Agreement is much more than
simply a license to trade with our name; trademarks, proven
operational procedures and methodology. We enter into strategic
associations with individuals and organisations that possess
proven business acumen, the willingness and ability to invest,
and the drive to succeed by delivering outstanding quality
training and service. It is this belief in a business
partnership that will grow the investment into the future for
the franchisee and franchisor, and the TBI brand.
Is it possible to franchise team building?
While it is difficult to determine the ’franchisability‘ of a
business concept like the AEL (Adventure-related Experiential
Learning) methodology, the following predictive criteria assess
the readiness of a company to franchise and the likelihood that
it will achieve success as a franchisor.
-
Credibility
-
Differentiation
-
Transferability of knowledge
-
Adaptability
-
Refined and successful prototype operations
-
Documented systems
-
Affordability
-
Return on Investment
-
Market trends and conditions
-
Commitment to a win-win relationship
